Full payment of the total booking amount is required in advance via bank transfer before check-in. Keybox access codes are provided upon receipt of payment.

How does room-by-room booking work?
You book per room. Each room features 2 beds. The room price remains the same whether 1 or 2 guests stay in the room (Heiligenhaus €59 / Ratingen €69 per night).
How is cleaning handled during the stay?

Can I book the entire apartment with both rooms?
